An AI-first platform for children's chess education only works if the AI is on rails. These four rules are built into the product, not written into a policy page.
Stockfish evaluates, never the AI
Every chess judgment on the platform comes from the engine. The language model only explains what Stockfish found, citing the move and the eval change.
A human approves every send
Reports, reviews, and reminders start as drafts in an approval queue. Nothing reaches a parent until a coach or admin puts their name on it.
Numbers come from the database
Attendance, ratings, and fees in any report are pulled from your records, never generated. The AI writes prose around facts it cannot change.
A minor's data is guarded
Personal details are redacted before any AI prompt, guardian consent is recorded and renewable, and every academy's data is isolated from every other's.
