Three places
Growing academies often end up with those jobs in three places. A spreadsheet holds the roster, WhatsApp groups hold the schedule, and payment links sit apart from both. Every change means editing all three, and nobody can say how one student is doing without opening them all.

One record
ChessCore keeps enrolment, batches, attendance, fees, parent updates and game review in one record. Stockfish evaluates the games. The AI explains what the engine found and drafts reviews, reports and replies, and those drafts wait for a coach or admin to edit and send, except class recaps when the academy switches on recap auto-publish. Reminders such as class and fee reminders are fixed templates with no AI-written text, and they go out on schedules the academy switches on.

The method
Four rules we never break
An AI-first platform for children's chess education only works if the AI is on rails. These four rules are built into the product, not written into a policy page.
- Rule 01
Stockfish evaluates, never the AI
Every chess judgment on the platform comes from the engine. The language model only explains what Stockfish found, citing the move and the eval change.
- Rule 02
The AI drafts, a person sends
AI-written reports and reviews wait as drafts for a coach or admin to edit and send. Class recaps publish on their own only if the academy turns on recap auto-publish, and reminders are fixed templates the academy switches on.
- Rule 03
Numbers come from the database
Attendance, ratings, and fees in any report are pulled from your records, never generated. The AI writes prose around facts it cannot change.
- Rule 04
A minor's data is guarded
Contact details are masked before copilot text reaches an AI model, guardian consent is recorded and renewable, and every academy's data is isolated from every other's.

Flat prices for the size you are
ChessCore prices in flat capacity tiers, so the bill does not move each time a student joins or leaves. An academy with 148 students across six batches pays its tier price until it outgrows the tier.

We build intelligent tools to streamline coaching, not distract from it. The AI drafts, the engine evaluates, and your coaches decide what reaches families. Our goal is to free hours of admin time so you can focus on work that drives your academy forward.
Results tell the story
An academy's reputation rests on what its students can show. ChessCore keeps the evidence in one record (games, attendance entries and rating changes), and the numbers in a report come from that record. Numbers cited in AI-written report text are checked against it.
Limits listed on the page
Our product pages say exactly how each feature works. When a batch moves, each family sees the new time in its own time zone, and the class keeps its join link, for the built-in classroom or a Zoom or Meet link the coach adds.
Stockfish evaluates, the AI explains
Every evaluation in ChessCore comes from Stockfish, the open-source engine. The AI groups a student's mistakes into themes and explains them in plain language, and the coach decides which puzzles to set.
Parents are part of the team
Guardian portals, approved recaps and receipts keep parents informed without another app, so the academy and the home look at the same record. Parents sign in to the portal with their own login.
