Built for academies that teach minors
Most of your students are children. That fact shaped the architecture: isolation, redaction, consent, and an audit trail are how ChessCore works, not options you switch on.
Six protections, always on
The same protections apply on the free plan and the enterprise plan. Safety is not a pricing tier.
Tenant isolation at the database
Every query runs inside your academy's boundary, enforced by row-level security in the database itself, not by interface checks. Cross-academy access is tested as impossible, continuously.
PII redaction before AI
A ChessCore-owned policy layer sits in front of every AI call. Names, contacts, and identifying details are stripped before any text reaches a model, and your data is never used to train one.
Guardian consent on record
For every minor, consent is captured from a guardian, versioned, and renewable. What data is used for what purpose is recorded, not assumed.
Append-only history
Rating records can only be added to, never silently rewritten. A student's progress history stays trustworthy because it physically cannot be edited in place.
An audit trail for everything
Fee changes, report approvals, AI drafts, consent renewals: every action lands in the log with the actor and timestamp. Disputes get answered with records, not memories.
Roles that limit reach
Coaches, admins, parents, and students each see exactly what their role allows. A coach cannot touch billing; a parent sees their own children, nothing else.
What ChessCore will never do
These are commitments enforced in the product's architecture, the same on every plan:
- Train AI models on your academy's data
- Let an AI evaluate a chess position or invent a number
- Auto-send anything touching money or a minor's guardian
- Share or sell student or family data
- Rewrite a student's rating history in place
- Let one academy see another academy's data
