Auto-send is opt-in per template and earned only after logged evaluations, and anything touching money, sales, or a minor's guardian always waits for a human.

Grow and above connect Razorpay, so parents pay by UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets. Recurring fees run on RBI-compliant UPI AutoPay e-mandates, and payment links can be sent over WhatsApp so parents pay without logging in. Academies outside India use Stripe through the same invoice ledger.

No. Parents open their guardian portal through a magic link in any browser to see reports, receipts, and attendance, and to declare absences, and the web app installs to a phone home screen without an app store. Reminders and approved updates reach them on WhatsApp and email.

Each plan is a flat-priced tier that covers up to a set number of students: Core up to 100, Grow up to 500, Pro up to 1,000, and Enterprise with a custom limit. The price does not change month to month as individual students join or leave. When you approach a limit you can upgrade from your dashboard, and upgrades take effect immediately.

Annual plans are billed upfront for the whole year: Core saves 22%, Grow saves 22% and Pro saves 17% versus paying monthly. Billed monthly, the plans cost Core $89, Grow $139 and Pro $179 a month; monthly plans let you pay as you go and cancel at the end of the cycle.
