What exactly does the AI copilot do on each plan?
On every plan, the copilot drafts game reviews, progress reports, and fee reminders from your own attendance, rating, and payment records, within a daily allowance. Pro raises those limits, and Enterprise sets custom ones. On all plans, every draft waits in an approval queue until a coach or admin signs off. Auto-send is opt-in per template and earned only after logged evaluations, and anything touching money, sales, or a minor's guardian always waits for a human.
How do payments work for Indian academies?
Grow and above connect Razorpay, so parents pay by UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets. Recurring fees run on RBI-compliant UPI AutoPay e-mandates, and payment links can be sent over WhatsApp so parents pay without logging in. Academies outside India use Stripe through the same invoice ledger.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents open their guardian portal through a magic link in any browser to see reports, receipts, and attendance, and to declare absences. Reminders and approved updates reach them on WhatsApp and email.
How do you count active students?
An active student is anyone who attends at least one batch or logs into their ChessCore portal during the billing cycle. If a student is inactive for a month, you don't pay for them.
What is the difference between annual and monthly pricing?
Annual plans are billed upfront for the whole year and offer a 20% discount compared to monthly plans. Monthly plans provide more flexibility, allowing you to pay as you go and cancel anytime.
Do you offer plans with greater student limits?
Yes, the Enterprise plan is entirely customizable to your needs. Whether you have 1,000 or 10,000 students, we can build a plan that works for your academy.
Do I need a credit card to create an account?
No, you can start with the free plan without entering any credit card details. You only need a payment method if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes. You control your subscription from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades or cancellations apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
