What the WhatsApp integration does
The integration connects WhatsApp Business to ChessCore so parents get academy updates in the app they already check, without installing anything new. ChessCore drafts the message from real records — attendance, game reviews, ratings, and dues — and a coach approves it before it is sent. The same recaps and reports are also available in the ChessCore parent portal for parents who prefer to log in. The result is consistent, on-brand communication that takes minutes per batch instead of an hour of manual typing, with a human always on the final send.
A coach approves every send
This is the rule that does not bend: approved messages only. ChessCore can draft a recap or a report, but nothing reaches a parent until a coach has read it and pressed send. The same guardrail governs everything AI touches in the platform — Stockfish evaluates the position, the AI explains it in plain language, and a coach approves what goes out. That keeps the academy’s voice accurate and personal, and it means a parent never receives an automated message a coach has not stood behind. AI removes the typing, not the judgement.

When a fee cycle is due or a payment fails, ChessCore can draft a WhatsApp reminder straight from the billing record, so the amount, the student, and the period are always correct.
