Branding and white label
White label chess academy software
ChessCore runs under your academy's name. Your logo and colours appear across the app, and with white label on, parents and students see your name, logo and colours in their portals, messages, emails, forms, certificates and reports, sent under your own email sender name. The ChessCore name is removed from all of it.
Families sign in on your own domain and install your own branded app from the App Store and Google Play. Partner schools get consent and payment pages in their own brand, and an academy group sets its brand once for every branch. White label and a custom domain are on the Grow plan and up; the store app is on the Pro plan.
See your brand on ChessCoreHow it works
From logo upload to your own app
Knight’s Gate, a made-up academy, goes through the four steps.
Add your logo and colours
Upload the academy logo and pick a primary and an accent colour in Settings. They show up across the app at once.
Switch on white label
Set your email sender name and turn white label on. Portals, messages, emails, forms, certificates and reports carry your brand.
Verify your domain
Add the TXT and CNAME records ChessCore shows you. Once they are found, the domain is verified and families sign in there.
Families get your app
On the Pro plan, parents and students install your academy app from the App Store or Google Play.
One account, your brand
Switch the academy and watch everything follow
Pick an academy. The parent portal, the report email, the certificate and the app icon change name, logo, colour and domain together.
Showing Knight's Gate Chess Academy on learn.knightsgate.academy. The portal, email, certificate and app icon all carry this academy's name, logo and colour.
Your logo and colours everywhere
An academy uploads its logo and sets its brand colours in Settings. The logo sits in the staff app, on staff and family invite pages, in the parent and student portals and on the app families install, and the colours carry through buttons, headers and reports.
This is on every plan. A family that opens an invite, a report or an invoice sees the academy they enrolled with, which is the name they already trust. For how the portal itself works, see the parent portal.
Full white label, with ChessCore's name removed
Portals. Parent and student portals show your academy name, logo and colours, with your colour on the header and buttons. Nothing on the screen names ChessCore.
Messages and emails. Class reminders, announcements, campaigns and fee messages use your academy name. Emails go out under your sender name, in your colour, with no ChessCore footer.
Forms. Enquiry, registration and campaign forms, including the ones you embed on your own website, carry your brand and no ChessCore footer.
Certificates and reports. Tournament certificates and student progress reports are issued in your academy name with your logo, and the certificate check page carries your brand too.
White label is on the Grow plan and up. Reports that families receive are covered on student progress tracking.
Your own custom domain
Enter the domain you want families to use, such as learn.youracademy.com. ChessCore shows the TXT record and the CNAME record to add at your DNS provider, checks them, and marks the domain verified.
From then on parents, students and staff sign in on your domain, and the sign-in page shows your academy name and logo. The custom domain is on the Grow plan and up, next to white label.
Your own app in the App Store and Google Play
On the Pro plan, your academy has its own parent and student app in the App Store and Google Play, listed under your name with your icon and colours. Families search for your academy, install your app and sign in with the account you invited them to.
Inside the app they see classes, attendance, homework, reports and fees, the same records as the web portal. Families who prefer the browser can add the portal to their home screen instead, and it still carries your academy name and colour.
Branded consent and payment pages for partner schools
When your academy runs chess at a partner school, the parents there know the school, not you. For each school programme you set the school logo, its two brand colours, its legal entity and its contact details.
Staff send parents a signed link to a consent page and a payment page in the school brand. A parent can reopen the same link later, and the consent and payment land on the student record in your academy. School programmes are described further on chess academy management software.
Branch inheritance for academy groups and franchises
An academy group or franchise sets its brand once at head office: the name, logo, primary and accent colours, the email sender name, white label and the custom domain. Every active branch inherits them, so a new centre opens already in the group brand.
Each branch keeps its own students, batches, coaches and fees, and head office sees reports across branches. For the business side of franchising, read the guide to running a chess academy franchise in India.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do parents and students see the ChessCore name?
No. With white label on, parent and student portals, messages, emails, forms, certificates and reports carry your academy name, logo and colours, and emails go out under your sender name. ChessCore stays in the background.
Which plan includes white label and a custom domain?
White label and your own custom domain are on the Grow plan and up. Your academy logo and colours are on every plan. ChessCore plans are flat capacity tiers, and the amounts are on the pricing page.
Can our academy have its own app in the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. On the Pro plan, your parent and student app is listed in the App Store and Google Play under your academy name, icon and colours. Families install your app, not a ChessCore app.
How does a custom domain work?
You enter the domain, for example learn.youracademy.com, and ChessCore shows a TXT record and a CNAME record to add at your DNS provider. ChessCore checks the records, marks the domain verified, and parents and students then sign in on your domain with your name and logo.
We run several branches or a franchise. Do we set the brand for each one?
No. Head office sets the name, logo, colours, email sender name, white label and domain once, and every active branch inherits them. Branches keep their own students, batches and fees under the group brand.
Can a partner school use its own logo on parent pages?
Yes. For each partner-school programme you set the school logo, two brand colours, its legal entity and contact details. Parents get a signed link to consent and payment pages in the school brand.
