Fill in the header block
Enter the student name, batch, coach name, and the reporting period the report covers. This block confirms whose report it is and who wrote it.

Add the evidence from your own records
Enter games played and the platform, the rating at the start and end of the period with which rating system it is, and attendance for the period. Every number here should come from a record a parent could independently check.

Add two or three themes from real games
Describe one or two recurring patterns you actually saw in the student's games during the period, with a reference to a specific game. A third theme is optional and only worth including if it genuinely recurred.

Write the narrative and one next step
Summarize what changed in three to four plain-language sentences, then set exactly one goal for the next period, specific enough that the family can ask about it later.

Sign and send
Add your name and the date, then deliver the finished report through whatever channel your academy already uses for parent updates.
