Guardian portal definition
A guardian portal is a private login where a family sees the academy records shared about its own child, such as attendance, fees, receipts and progress reports. Unlike a shared WhatsApp group, it keeps one family's records in one place. History stays until the academy deletes it or the family requests erasure, subject to legal holds.
